XU CHARLOTTE XIAOZHI

With a solid track record in technology, finance, and international business development, Xu Charlotte Xiaozhi serves as Independent Regional Partner at AntCo by Côme. She contributes to the group’s strategic growth, partnerships, and expansion in Asia and Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on the Greater China market.

Drawing on more than a decade of international experience in project management, AI-driven innovation, and corporate strategy, Charlotte brings to AntCo by Côme the analytical rigour and entrepreneurial vision that are the hallmarks of her collaborative, high-value consulting style. As founder of CharlotteK International Consulting Company Limited, she has built a multidisciplinary platform linking SMEs, investors, and professionals across finance, education, and technology—creating synergies that resonate with AntCo by Côme’s global approach to business development and client success.

Previously CSM and Key Account Director at DeepWisdom, Charlotte led major artificial intelligence initiatives generating over CNY 32 million (approx. €4.2 million) in annual revenue, while maintaining a 100% client renewal rate. Her experiences at Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii) and Zhiyou Technology further strengthened her expertise in digital transformation, operational excellence, and international coordination.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School with an MBA (AI track) and a Master’s in Finance, Charlotte combines strategic vision, technical mastery, and intercultural agility—making her a natural fit with AntCo by Côme’s mission: connecting innovation, talent, and opportunity on a global scale.
