Vanessa & David Douillet

Partners, Côme Athlete Office

A cross-portrait of Vanessa and David Douillet, partners at Côme Athlete Office. Two complementary trajectories meet here: the demands of the very highest performance, and the human value of life’s great transitions.

Driven first by sporting excellence, David Douillet, double Olympic champion (Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000) and four-time world judo champion, built a career founded on rigour, strategy, and transmission. That same commitment led him to a successful transition into both the private and public sectors, ultimately holding ministerial responsibilities.

An entrepreneur, creator, and business leader, he is involved in varied projects while being a public speaker. His experience gives him a concrete and authentic perspective on what athletes and high performers actually live through — partnerships, sponsorship, image management, media relations, career transitions — and on how to turn a professional trajectory into a long-term vision.

Vanessa Douillet, nurse, hypnotherapist, business leader, and speaker, has helped athletes manage stress, achieve mental clarity, and navigate pivotal moments for over 15 years. Accustomed to demanding profiles, athletes among them, she has developed an approach centred on balance, sound decision-making, and preparation for change. Her work serves both performance and inner stability, in the service of personal and family trajectories that are more fluid, more resilient, and genuinely at peace.

Together, Vanessa and David bring to Côme Athlete Office a deep understanding of an athlete’s life — intense seasons, uncertainty, and career transitions — and a particular attentiveness to the decisions that shape everything: protecting oneself early, investing with discernment, organising one’s legacy. They work alongside Côme’s teams with high-level athletes and their families, with a single objective: transforming professional success into lasting wealth.

Their role within Côme Athlete Office is built around four axes: sharing concrete experiences of decisive moments; contributing to wealth training workshops and transition preparation; bringing a human perspective to major decisions; and embodying Côme’s ambition to combine exigence, discretion, and serenity in the patrimonial accompaniment of athletes.
