A graduate of Paris Dauphine and the London School of Economics, Romain Chassard began his career in capital markets, working within leading international groups (Société Générale, Kepler Cheuvreux). Over twenty years, he developed deep expertise in structured products and risk management.

Driven by a desire to give more meaning to his work, he founded Passy Invest, an independent structure dedicated to real estate investment, first through private debt, then through club deals. Passionate about creating tangible products and seeking perfect alignment between investors and project sponsors, he joined Côme Maison of Finance to lead, with the same exacting standards, the development of Côme Real Estate.

Romain advocates for an entrepreneurial, transparent, and partnership-driven approach to real estate, emphasizing the co-creation of investment solutions, alignment of interests, and rigorous selection of opportunities. A father of two, he is deeply committed to values of transmission, responsibility, and excellence, which he applies to every aspect of his professional engagement.
