An entrepreneur at heart and a specialist in growth operations and executive advisory, Pascal Rapallino has built a unique career at the intersection of consulting, finance, and intrapreneurship.

A lawyer by training, with experience at Allen & Overy, a former Partner at Deloitte, and a member of the Group Management Board at IQ-EQ, where he successively led the Private Clients and Corporate divisions, helping transform the firm into a global leader in alternative asset management, Pascal is also President of the Family Office Association in Luxembourg. Today, he supports families, entrepreneurs, and investors with their structuring, consolidation, and wealth transmission challenges. A true networker, Pascal shares with Côme Maison of Finance a demanding vision of the profession: to offer every client bespoke support, combining institutional strength and agility, designed for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs.
