A Short Portrait of Morgane Agostini, Chief Operating Officer at Côme Maison of Finance

Morgane Agostini has a diverse background dedicated to growth, teamwork, and long-term stewardship. Trained in the demanding worlds of e-commerce, retail, and new forms of distribution, Morgane is an entrepreneur who has supported French Tech founders and ambitious scale-ups, both in France and internationally.

After early roles developing marketplaces and managing product portfolios at Pixmania, Morgane quickly distinguished herself through her ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and implement robust processes. Working alongside the founders of The Kase, she took over purchasing management and contributed to the rapid expansion of the network, overseeing procurement, merchandising, and sales development—including into Asia.

As Commercial Director at Alterfood, she led assortment development and negotiated the listing of innovative ranges with major retailers. She supported the company’s growth from product innovation through to commercial structuring, always with a focus on building sustainable partnerships.

Following an immersion in the world of tech and large corporate accounts at Brigad, Morgane joined Côme with the ambition to foster synergies across different departments, align expertise, and support collective ambitions. As head of operations, Morgane acts as a true “conductor”: coordinating departments (family office, wealth management, real estate & lifestyle, etc.), offices (Paris, Rouen, Brittany, Luxembourg, Nice, New York), and teams, ensuring every function of the Maison works in harmony to serve both our families and the development of new opportunities.
