Portrait of Martin Brient, Investment Associate Equity & Private Debt at Côme Maison of Finance
Trained as an engineer, Martin Brient has built his career at the intersection of construction, real estate, and finance. A graduate of ESTP Paris in civil engineering, he developed early on a strong affinity for tangible projects, material-driven work, and the transformation of places.
He later specialised in real estate investment at ESCP Business School, studying between Paris, Madrid, and London, where he discovered the central role of financing and debt in bringing real estate projects to life. Over the course of three years, he worked within a real estate investment and private debt structure, contributing to the structuring and analysis of numerous projects alongside real estate operators.
At Côme Maison Financière, Martin works on real estate and debt-related matters, combining analytical rigour with an operational mindset. He supports the structuring of concrete projects, ensuring both the financial soundness of transactions and their coherence within broader wealth strategies.
Driven by a strong team spirit, shaped in particular by rugby, which he continues to practise, Martin thrives in demanding, responsible environments oriented towards a shared objective: making the tangible possible, in service of the long-term ambitions of the Maison’s clients.
