MARC HEDOUX

Marc Hedoux brings recognised expertise in real estate, forged by a robust entrepreneurial journey and in-depth business management experience. For nearly a decade, he served as Development Director within a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Transdev). After a first chapter in the luxury sector, Marc chose to dedicate himself to real estate valuation, working as an independent expert since 2012.

Specialised in determining the market value of real estate assets, Marc intervenes in contexts such as successions, wealth tax declarations (IFI), and strategic estate planning. As a member of the Centre National de l’Expertise (CNE), his practice is firmly anchored in compliance with the highest professional standards: RICS, EVS, TEGoVA and the Charter of Real Estate Valuation Expertise.

As AntCo Valuation Lead, Marc oversees assignments covering market value assessments, rental value analyses and the preparation of banking or mortgage guarantees.
