There is one word that applies as much to Maëlle Bois personally as it does to finance in general: consolidation. Since joining Côme Le Family Office in the summer of 2021, Maëlle has brought together all the skills and expertise required for her role: the rigor of compliance, the pursuit of fair performance, and the ability to manage relationships across the entire family and wealth management chain.

Her allocation decisions are driven by the needs and objectives of each client, built in partnership with Côme’s investment experts. “I like to compare my role to that of a family doctor. From the very first moments we get to the heart of the matter, but we must also take the time to know and understand — to identify all the factors that will shape wealth decisions.”

As a Family Officer, Maëlle supports her clients on a daily basis and coordinates their entire wealth journey: families, banks, notaries, tax specialists, accountants, and more. “The key is to give importance to everyone involved, while keeping the client’s interests at the center of all and everything.”

Beyond her role at Côme, Maëlle is committed to paving a path for other women to follow, demonstrating that this profession and this world belong to them as much as to anyone else.
