Short portrait of Laurent Miquelard, Senior Advisor at Côme
After an unconventional journey combining a passion for sport and an international career, Laurent devoted more than twenty years to the world of bond brokerage, between Paris and London. Trained in the rigor of financial markets, he established himself as a reference in brokerage, developing a unique network of decision-makers and entrepreneurial families. His career has been marked by a constant pursuit of excellence and trust, whether in supporting institutions, funds, or families in the management of their investments.
Laurent began his career in the United States with a university scholarship earned through tennis, where he competed up to the US Open. Returning to France in the late 1990s, he entered bond brokerage and quickly climbed the ranks, notably at Finacor (Viel Group), Cantor Fitzgerald, and Tullet Prebon. Leading trading desks, he brought markets to life, shared his expertise, and maintained a constant dialogue with clients to generate deal flow and energize the financial ecosystem. As a shareholder at HPC, he experienced first-hand the entrepreneurial challenges and issues of business succession.
He joined Côme Maison Financière as Senior Advisor, driven by the desire to put his network and experience to work in developing and creating strong, lasting opportunities between investors and families. In this role, he is dedicated to building connections, fostering reliable synergies, and supporting the Maison’s clients in their entrepreneurial and wealth projects.
“What drives me at Côme? Creating bridges between business and families, building lasting relationships founded on trust, and contributing to the transmission of a demanding and humanist vision of finance.”
