After a first chapter dedicated to her family, Lauraine joined Hermès, where for more than ten years she supported boutiques worldwide in selecting their collections, adapting to their locations and understanding their clientele. This atypical journey, rich in human experiences, now informs her sharp sense of service and coordination.

A graduate in psychology, she brings to Côme a precious relational finesse, an unfailing capacity for listening, and flawless execution. She acts as a single point of contact for families’ service providers and partners, organizes the administrative follow-up of assets and contracts, and contributes to building a fully tailored private secretariat service, closely aligned with expressed needs.
