Holding a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Nice Côte d’Azur, Karima Chaabane has developed deep expertise in corporate law, blending legal precision with a strong human focus. Her career began at the Commercial Court Registry of Grasse, before moving to the family office sector, where her rigor and attentive approach stand out.
Within AntCo by Côme, Karima coordinates all legal aspects of real estate and wealth management operations for an international clientele. She meticulously reviews every document — from offer through to deed — and represents our clients before notaries, ensuring smooth and secure transactions at every stage.
She also oversees the structuring of the most suitable legal entities for each project, whether civil (SCI, SCP…) or commercial (SARL, SAS…) companies, in France and Monaco alike. Karima supports our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their companies: amendments, share transfers, dissolutions or liquidations.
