A law graduate with a Master’s degree in Mergers & Acquisitions, Honorine Ribeiro began her career in law firms, where she quickly specialized in personal and international taxation. Driven by her affinity for numbers and her keen interest in wealth-related matters, she advised a demanding clientele on complex issues linked to international mobility and the tax management of investments.

After several years in practice, Honorine chose independence by founding her own firm, Onopia, in 2023. With an entrepreneurial mindset and experience ranging from large organizations such as Deloitte to more boutique firms, she favors a pragmatic and cross-disciplinary approach to tax advisory, working closely with other experts.

At Côme, she brings her expertise to our clients as Senior Advisor and Lawyer At Large. Her role: structuring and steering wealth engineering, securing tax decisions, and strengthening investment strategies, in perfect coordination with Côme’s other areas of expertise.

Drawn by Côme’s entrepreneurial spirit and the richness of the interactions between lawyers, financiers, and wealth engineers, she joined the team to provide comprehensive, tailored advice to the entrepreneurs, executives, and families she supports.
