Her long experience in accounting and financial control is one of the main pillars on which Élodie Lavaud relies to carry out her mission. Yet her keystone lies elsewhere, in a way of thinking that is both expansive and interconnected — an inclination to think in networks and to nurture ecosystems. “I am an accountant-landscaper, in both the literal and figurative sense. Organizational pathways, a sense of structure, a global vision — these are strengths I apply both to accounting ledgers and to English gardens, where nothing pleases me more than ensuring that every energy grows.”

This ability to set in motion — and bring into order — the energies of teams, investors, and partners, Élodie cultivated over eighteen years as an accountant and financial controller at Grosvenor, the British single family office specializing in real estate. Managing relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders required a certain intrapreneurial mindset, one she is pleased to combine with the highly entrepreneurial profiles of Côme’s clients and teams. “I bring a very structured financial expertise into an environment in constant movement and expansion. That is a challenge I relish.”

As Head of Administration and Finance at Côme Maison of Finance, Élodie oversees all financial reporting, human resources, accounting, and the company’s cash management.
