Caroline Lusignan-Ismail

Secretary General

A short portrait of Caroline Lusignan-Ismail, Secretary General of Côme Maison of Finance.

Looking at her career, one might say that Caroline Lusignan-Ismail has made her own the famous maxim “all roads lead to Rome,” while turning it on its head by borrowing a Swiss legal adage: “law leads to everything, provided you leave it behind.”

A graduate of Paris II Assas University with a Master’s in Law, Caroline worked as a lawyer in Paris and Geneva, specializing in real estate law as well as intellectual property, within firms such as d’Hauteville and Lette, Lette & Partners. Both advisor and builder, she supported European and Middle Eastern clients in complex real estate transactions valued between €10 and €30 million, working in both institutional and family structures. “I enjoy environments where the intimacy of views shared by clients and partners fosters trust — and often leads to even greater successes.”

Beyond law, Caroline ventured into the world of real estate, combining her advisory skills with the realization of life and investment projects in luxury properties and estates offered to clients worldwide by the Barnes network.

This wealth of experience allows Caroline to approach her role as Secretary General of Côme Maison of Finance by bringing compliance and growth into alignment. “At Côme, as elsewhere, I try to immerse myself in places, people, and their interactions in order to best fulfill my role — transforming legal frameworks into accelerators of opportunity.”
