Luxembourg & International Expansion
Côme Maison of Finance takes a major step forward in its development with the opening of Côme Maison of Finance Luxembourg, its first office outside France, marking the beginning of an ambitious international expansion strategy.
This launch sees the arrival of Pascal Rapallino as Partner, joining Julien Magitteri, Founder and President, and Charles Brunswick, Managing Partner. With an exceptional career at the crossroads of intrapreneurship, finance, and external growth management, Pascal will oversee the expansion of Côme across Europe and globally, starting with the launch and development of Côme Maison of Finance Luxembourg. His mission: to establish it as a benchmark for demanding families, entrepreneurs, and investors, both in France and internationally.
A lawyer by training, with experience at Allen & Overy, former Partner at Deloitte, and member of the Group Management Board at IQ-EQ, where he successively led the Private Clients and Corporate divisions, Pascal Rapallino is also President of the Family Office Association in Luxembourg. He brings to Côme rare expertise in structuring, consolidation, and wealth management across leading international financial centers.
“Joining Côme means joining forces around a shared DNA: an entrepreneurial mindset in service of entrepreneurs and families, combining the bespoke approach of family offices with the strength of a structured group,” explains Pascal Rapallino.
For an integrated wealth management firm like Côme Maison of Finance, internationalisation is not an option but a strategic necessity. Being present in Europe’s major hubs enables us to offer our clients direct access to the best opportunities in private equity, private debt, cross-border transactions, and exclusive club deals. This geographic and cultural proximity to international financial markets broadens the range of solutions available, diversifies access to rare assets, and further enhances Côme’s ability to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of both French and international families.
“International expansion is part of Côme’s DNA: to best support our clients, we must be present where opportunities arise and where the best deals are structured. The arrival of Pascal Rapallino, whose expertise in development, consolidation, and international transactions is widely recognized, will accelerate this ambition and strengthen our ability to offer truly global, independent, and ever more exacting support,” emphasize Julien Magitteri and Charles Brunswick.
The choice of Luxembourg reflects our commitment to serving both local and international clients, with a strong foundation in wealth management, real estate, private equity, private debt, and cross-border operations. Côme Maison of Finance Luxembourg will embody the Maison’s philosophy: providing every client with a bespoke approach, orchestrated by a team of partners with complementary backgrounds, and granting access to the rarest opportunities in a secure and institutionalized environment.
With this first milestone outside France, Côme Maison of Finance confirms its ambitions: to establish itself as the Maison of reference for entrepreneurs and families, wherever their projects come to life, across Europe and beyond. Further developments will follow, in response to the growing needs of a mobile, connected, and resolutely forward-looking clientele.
