Côme Maison of Finance expands its offering with the creation of Côme Real Estate, a new investment bank dedicated to real estate, launched in strategic partnership with Passy Invest. This initiative strengthens our clients’ access to the best off-market opportunities, whether in private debt or equity club deals, under the leadership of Romain Chassard, a recognized expert in investment and structuring.

This launch builds upon the strategic partnership forged with Romain Chassard and his firm Passy Invest. With 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including 20 years on trading floors and five years dedicated to structuring and managing real estate products, Romain Chassard brings Côme recognized expertise, a culture of co-investment, and true alignment of interests.
